“The tour of the sanctuary was really enjoyable. It was so great seeing the elephants so well taken care of and happy. All of the staff are clearly very devoted to their mission of saving and protecting all of the elephants in their care. Seeing all of the elephants’ different personalities was the best part. My only suggestion to improve the experience is better transport (irrelevant to the elephant sanctuary experience as that was fantastic) - the van we were in was extremely old and uncomfortable. I felt like getting sick multiple times from the motion of the van (no shock absorber) and there was no space for our legs…”
